Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Prohibited parking in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Kingsway Crescent, between Old Dundas Street and a point 43 metres south.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services and Development Review are recommending to prohibit parking, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Kingsway Crescent from Old Dundas Street to a point 43 metres south. This change was proposed under the Site Plan Application for the development at 4125 to 4133 Dundas Street West. The proposed changes will facilitate the turning movements for refuse collection vehicles at the proposed site driveway.
