Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Fifth Street, between Lake Shore Boulevard West and Birmingham Street.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of four speed humps on Fifth Street, between Lake Shore Boulevard West and Birmingham Street, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing TC-551 to the report (October 2, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
