The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Granted a fence exemption permit to the property owner of 2 Odessa Avenue and that at such time as replacement of the fence is required, the installation comply with Municipal Code Chapter 447, Fences, or its successor by-law.

Summary
The Applicant for 2 Odessa Avenue has requested Etobicoke York Community Council to exempt their property from the following by-law requirements: City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 447 1.2 B(1).
No fence described in Table 1 shall, when measured at any point along its length from the average grade level measured perpendicular to and one metre away on either side of the fence, exceed the height set out in Table 2 for the fence.
The Applicant for 2 Odessa Avenue is requesting an exemption for their proposed fence to be erected at a consistent height of 2.0 metres in the front yard within 2.4 metres of a lot line constructed of board-on-board pressure treated wood.
