The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Granted a fence exemption permit to the property owner of 14 Lippincott Street West and that at such time as replacement of the fence is required, the installation comply with Municipal Code Chapter 447, Fences, or its successor by-law.

Summary
The Applicant for 14 Lippincott Street West has requested Etobicoke York Community Council to exempt their property from the following by-law requirements:
City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 447 1.2.(A)(2)
No barbed wire, chicken wire or other barbed or sharp material shall be used in any fence unless the fence is permitted by Subsection B to exceed 2.5 metres in height and the barbed or sharp material is installed at a height of not less than 2.5 metres on metal brackets inclined towards the enclosed area at an angle of 45 degrees.
The Applicant for 14 Lippincott Street West is requesting an exemption for their existing fence to be constructed with sharp materials at multiple locations throughout the rear yard.
Municipal Licensing and Standards Division has inspected the subject property and issued a notice of violation of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 447 1.2A.(2).
