City Council on October 8 and 9, 2025, adopted the following:
1. City Council designate the easterly northbound lane on Kipling Avenue, between Steeles Avenue West and a point 30.5 metres south, for northbound right turns only, buses excepted.

Community Council Recommendations
The Etobicoke York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council designate the easterly northbound lane on Kipling Avenue, between Steeles Avenue West and a point 30.5 metres south, for northbound right turns only, buses excepted.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to recommend that the easterly northbound curb lane on Kipling Avenue, from Steeles Avenue West to a point 30.5 metres south, be designated for northbound right turns only.
