Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at the pleasure of Etobicoke York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:
Mimico Village:
Muldoon, Brian
The Kingsway:
Doan, Sonia
Rejante, Jessie
2. Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below:
Weston Village:
Olatoye, Olumide
Warsame, Omar
Weinberg-Linsky, Suri

Summary
Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to make changes to Mimico Village, The Kingsway, and Weston Village BIA Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
