Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Removed the following director from the Weston Village Business Improvement Area Board of Management set out below:
- Sylvio Rodriguez
2. In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominees to the Weston Village Business Improvement Area Board of Management at the pleasure of Etobicoke York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:
- Romano D’Andrea
- Marilyn McCrea

Summary
Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this motion is to make changes to the Weston Village Businesses Improvement Area Board of Management by remove one member of the Weston Village Businesses Improvement Area Board of Management and fill two of the three Board vacancies with the following individuals who have expressed interest in sitting on the Board.
