Community Council Decision

The Etobicoke York Community Council:

 

1. Approved the application for the proposed Sidewalk Cafe permit located at 2372 Lake Shore Boulevard West, local road flankage.

 

2. Required the permit holder to post signs, at least 11x17 inches in dimension, clearly visible from all parts of the sidewalk cafe, that remind patrons to respect their neighbours by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum.
