The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place:

1. Concured with the action taken by the Chair and the Chief Executive Officer on June 8, 2025 in approving the award of Contract No. 25-077-57740 (RFT No. EP109-2025) to Clifford Restoration Limited for the Coliseum Complex Walkways, Driveways and Masonry Rehabilitation in the amount of $883,000.00 which includes a cash allowance of $65,000.00 but excludes HST; this being the lowest compliant tender submission received following the public tendering of the project.

This report recommends approving a contract with Clifford Restoration Limited ("Clifford") for the Coliseum Complex - Walkways, Driveways and Masonry Rehabilitation. The tender for this contract was issued on May 23, 2025, through Exhibition Place Purchasing and Materials Stores via the Bonfire Online Procurement System, and the recommendation is to award the contract to the lowest compliant bidder meeting tender requirements and specifications within the available budget.

This priority project is time sensitive as the exterior site works must be completed in the summer and fall.

Accordingly, the Chair of the Board in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer of Exhibition Place approved this contract award on June 8, 2025, pursuant to the authority under the Board Financial By-law 2-18, Article X and seek concurrence of the Board.
