This report summarizes the program items at the Community Liaison Consultation in person and virtual meeting held on November 27, 2024. Co-Hosting the meeting was Board Member Malcolm Bromley. Exhibition Place staff in attendance included Kelvin Seow, Chief People and Strategy Officer, Brandon Pickard-Manager, Marketing and Communications, Tony Porter, Director-Security and Transportation; Prashant Bhalja, Director-Capital Works, John Koperwas-Director of IT, Telecommunications, Records and Archives, Steve Nushis, Director-Accounting Services, Catherine de Nobriga, Tenant and Community Relations Coordinator; Fiona Crawford, Records and Archives Supervisor, Nigel Fernandes, IT Systems; and Debbie Sanderson, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Twenty-two (22) community members attended the meeting; fourteen (14) in person and eight (8) virtually. The meeting lasted approximately two hours.
