1. Waive the rules to allow for consideration of the submission not served on all parties from Giovanni Paterno, subject to the Executive Director, Municipal Licensing and Standards' review and consent.
2. Request the Committee Secretary to forward the appellant's disclosure to Municipal Licensing and Standards.
