The Board of Directors of TO Live received the item for information.
Summary
In accordance with the Board of Directors of TO Live By-law 2-2021, as amended, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day, and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year.
On July 23 and 24, 2025, City Council considered Item CC32.3 and adopted the meeting schedule for 2026 for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for the Board of Directors of TO Live has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid days of cultural or religious significance.
