The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Appointed Michael Herrera, as Chair, and Brett Hendrie to the Finance and Audit Committee.

2. Appointed Sammy Lau to the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.

3. Appointed Wasifa Noshin as Chair of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.

Summary

In accordance with Section 22 of the Board of Directors of TO Live By-law 2-2021, the Board will appoint members to the TO Live - Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, the TO Live - Finance and Audit Committee, and the TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee, and Chairs to the TO Live - Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and the TO Live - Finance and Audit Committee.
