The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Approved the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with SEIU Local 2, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 10, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.

2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 10, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations and employee negotiations.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.

The purpose of this report is to seek Board ratification on the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with SEIU Local 2 representing Housekeeping at Meridian Hall and the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts.

At its meeting on February 25, 2025, TO Live – Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee considered item RY7.3 and made recommendations to the Board of Directors of TO Live.
