The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Received the report (February 3, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live for information.

The Vice President of Philanthropy and Sponsorship, TO Live and the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, TO Live gave a presentation on Meridian Sponsorship Report (Q3 and Q4).

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

The purpose of this report is to provide the Board with a general status update which includes a report on 2024 fourth quarter activities for TO Live's three venues (Meridian Hall, Meridian Arts Centre and St. Lawrence Centre). 

Management is also providing a report prepared by Monumental which outlines TO Live's strategic alignment with the City's Culture Plan and overall citywide strategies, as well as an Impact report prepared by TO Live for its naming partner Meridian.
