Summary

At its meeting held November 13 and 14, 2025, City Council appointed the following
members to the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee for a term of office
ending on November 14, 2026, or until their mandate is completed, whichever comes first:

• Kendall Forde
• Nicholas Marcus Thompson; and
• Mahkeba Diana Walters

These new appointments fill the positions previously held by Efia Tekyi-Annan
whose term of office came to an end on April 8, 2025; Shannon Lawrence, whose term
ended on June 3, 2025; and Dr. Beverly-Jean Daniel, whose term ended on September 22,
2025.
