1. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 1, 2025) from the City Manager and the Chief People Officer remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to labour relations and collective bargaining.

Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 1, 2025) from the City Manager and the Chief People Officer remains confidential in its entirety in accordance with the provisions of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, as it relates to labour relations and collective bargaining.
