Description:

For hydraulic flushing, cleaning and closed-circuit television inspection of service lateral drains and main-line sewers for planned work (i.e. inspection, site servicing, pre and post development, Basement Flooding, etc.) at various locations within the City of Toronto from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with the option in favour of the City to extend the term of the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

Index (CPI) adjustment applied annually to the yearly cost after the initial term.
