Description:

For the provision of On-Site Mobile Laboratory and Diagnostic Services for Seniors Services and Long-Term Care, for a period of two (2) years commencing December 1, 2025, with an option in favour of the City to renew the contract for an additional term of up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

Should the optional term(s) be exercised, then the Division Head from Seniors Services and Long-Term Care will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal(s) under the same terms and conditions.
