To adopt the Vendor of Record Tender-12075 for Managed Services Provider for Contingent IT Resources. The Vendor of Record arrangement was arrived at through a negotiated competitive procurement process to provide contingent IT services staff where the work is short term and/or specific expertise is required to supplement current staff in program delivery for all ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario for a contract term beginning April 6, 2020, and ending April 5, 2026.

Contract Award Value:

$20,000,000 net of all applicable taxes and charges

$22,600,000 including all applicable taxes and charges

$20,352,000 net of HST recoveries

Contract is expected to start on September 1, 2025, and end on April 5, 2026.
