For the purchase of professional services for ServiceNow enterprise monitoring and event management implementation, under the Province of Ontario’s I&IT Solutions Consulting Services Vendor of Record (VOR) Tender 15176, for a period of one (1) year, with options at the City's sole discretion to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to six (6) months.

Should the option be exercised, then the Chief Technology Officer will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
