Description:

For non-exclusive supply and delivery of all labour, materials/parts, tools, equipment, travel time, mileage, fuel and incidentals necessary to perform preventative maintenance and repair services on Class 8 Highway Tractors, Refuse Type Trailers and Class 7 & 8 cab and chassis with various body configurations as and when required, for the City of Toronto Fleet Services for a period of one (1) year from Date of Award to June 30, 2026, with the option to renew the contract for an additional four (4) separate one (1) year terms.

Should the option year(s) be exercised, then the General Manager, Fleet Services Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
