Description:

For the non-exclusive supply and delivery of Ambulance Response Bags for Toronto Paramedic Services. The term of the contract is to be for three (3) years commencing from the date of award to June 30, 2028, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) separate two (2) year period, at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option be exercised, then the Chief of Toronto Paramedic Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

Contract Award Value:

$2,202,570 net of all applicable taxes and charges (including 20 percent for Miscellaneous Items)
