For the non-exclusive supply and delivery of various lumber items for various City of Toronto Divisions for a period of one (1) year from the date of award, with the option to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional four (4) separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the Division Head of each participating division in Appendix A to this Report will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
