Description:

Emergency Relief and Assessment of Blocked Drain and Sewer Service Pipe and Connection by Trenchless CIPP Rehabilitation for Toronto Water District Operation (City Wide) from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with the option in favour of the City to extend the term of the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.

Should the option periods be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.

$4,974,334 net of all applicable taxes and charges

$5,620,997 including HST and all applicable charges

Contract is expected to start on July 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2026.

The above cost calculations reflect an estimated three (3) percent Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment applied annually to the yearly cost after the initial term.
