Description:

The Repair or Replacement of Water Services and Replacement of Curb Boxes, Stops and Large Diameter Valve Box by Vacuum Excavation for Toronto Water Operation and Maintenance Section - Various Locations in Toronto (City Wide) from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with the option in favour of the City to extend the term of the agreement for up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.

Should the option periods be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.

$2,920,305 net of all applicable taxes and charges

$3,299,945 including HST and all applicable charges

Contract is expected to start on July 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2026.

The above cost calculations reflect an estimated three (3) percent Consumer Price

Index (CPI) adjustment applied annually to the yearly cost after the initial term.
