Description:

For the Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Systems at Various Toronto locations for Corporate Real Estate Management, Fleet Services and Solid Waste Management Divisions.

The award is for an initial contract period of three (3) years from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028, with the City having the option to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to an additional one (1) year period.

Should the option(s) be exercised, the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate Management, will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

$9,681,642 net of all applicable taxes and charges

The total potential contract award identified in this report, including all option years, is  $13,005,672 net of all applicable taxes and charges and $14,696,410, including all applicable taxes and charges. The total potential cost to the City, including all option years, is $13,234,572 net of HST recoveries.

The above cost calculations reflect a 3 percent Consumer Price Index adjustment applied annually to each years cost after the initial period.
