Description:
Non-exclusive supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to collect samples and carry out Material Specification Compliance Testing and Project Quality Assurance Services in the Toronto and East York District and Scarborough District from the date of award until December 31, 2025, with an option to extend the agreement for one (1) additional separate one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.
Should the option be exercised, then the General Manager of Transportation Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The cost calculations above reflect an estimated three (3) percent Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment applied annually to the yearly cost after the initial term.
