Description:

For the feasibility study to re-imagine the City of Toronto's Civic Centre public spaces, for Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year from date of award, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.

Should the option be exercised, then the Executive Director, CREM will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions, with no increase in the contract value.

Contract Award Value:

$936,780 net of all applicable taxes and charges

$1,058,561 including HST and all applicable charges

$953,267 net of HST recoveries

The contract is expected to start on March 3, 2025 and end on March 2, 2026, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional one-year period from March 3, 2026 to March 2, 2027, with no increase in the contract value.
