Description:

Update Downsview Phases 3-4 Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) for major street and servicing infrastructure within the former Downsview redevelopment area. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of three (3) years from the date of the award with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to  two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Transportation Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

$3,334,770 including HST and all applicable charges

The total potential contract award, identified in this report is including initial and optional years is $3,537,858 including all applicable taxes and charges, $3,130,847 net of all applicable taxes and charges. The total potential cost to the City, which includes initial term and option years, is $3,185,950 net of HST recoveries.

The above cost for each option year is fixed for the duration of the option period.
