Description:

For the non-exclusive supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to provide warranty and non-warranty preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement of O.E.M. Keith Walking Floor Systems, Main Hydraulic System Components and general repairs as and when required for the City of Toronto’s Fleet Services Division for one (1) year from Date of Award to January 31, 2026 with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for an additional term of four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

Should the option year(s) be exercised, then the General Manager, Fleet Services Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
