Description:

The non-exclusive provision all labour, materials and equipment necessary to load, transport and dispose of fill, concrete, and asphalt material from various Toronto Water Construction District Yards (City Wide) from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) separate one (1) year options at the sole discretion of the City.

Should the option periods be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
