For the supply and delivery of Twenty (20) Latest Model Cab and Chassis Class 4-5 Trucks, Gasoline Engine, with Various Mini Dump Body Configurations, with option to purchase additional Fifteen (15) units in 2025-2026, Four (4) units in 2026-2027, Ten (10) units in 2027-2028, Eleven (11) units in 2028-2029 and Eighteen (18) units in 2029-2030, pending budget availability.

The award is for an initial contract term of one (1) year from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, with the City's option to extend the contract for Four (4) additional separate One (1) year periods, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation and any applicable City policy.
