Description:

For the non-exclusive supply and delivery of disposable bag valve masks to various Purchasing and Materials Management (Stores) locations. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award, with the option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.  

 

Should the option year(s) be exercised, then the Manager of Materials Management and Stores will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
