The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee added the presentation from the Deputy Chief of Staff, City Manager's Office on the Community Communication and Education Plan for the Access to Social Infrastructure by-law amendment to the agenda of its next meeting for information only. The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee does not support the amendments made to the by-law.

James Lapierre, Deputy Chief of Staff, City Manager’s Office and William Skura, Senior Public Consultation Coordinator, Parks, Forestry and Recreation gave a presentation on Agenda Planning.
Summary
Staff from the City Manager’s Office will provide an update on action items in progress, to support the Committee.
The Committee will have the opportunity to discuss thematic interests and potential agenda items for upcoming meetings.
