Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Appointed, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at pleasure of Toronto and East York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:
College West:

Toronto Downtown West:

2. Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below:

Summary
Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the Boards of Management of Business Improvement Areas that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Boards of Management of the Chinatown, College West, and Toronto Downtown West Business Improvement Areas, in accordance with the requirements of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
