a. modify the required action to require the property owner to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the City that it has either installed guards in compliance with subsection (g)[1] or provided documentation satisfactory to the City that the window is fixed in position and is designed to resist the loads specfied in subsection (g)[2].

 

2. Confirmed Items 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 on the Property Standards Order (September 9, 2024) for 130 Jameson Avenue, Folder Number 24 207831 PRS 00 IV,  and in so doing granted an extension to August 29, 2025 to complete the work to the satisfaction of the City.
