2. Confirmed Items 1, 3, 6, 4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 18, and 27 on the Property Standards Order (April 23, 2024) for 200 Gateway Boulevard, Folder Number 24 137700 PRS 00 IV, and in so doing granted an extension to November 6, 2024 to complete the work to the satisfaction of the City.

3. Confirmed Items 14, 16, 17, and 19 on the Property Standards Order (April 23, 2024) for 200 Gateway Boulevard, Folder Number 24 137700 PRS 00 IV, and in so doing granted an extension to November 30, 2024 to complete the work to the satisfaction of the City, and requested the Property Owner to communicate to Municipal Licensing and Standards what work has been completed.

Requested that the Property Owner maintain open verbal and written communication with Municipal Licensing and Standards throughout the course of work being done, and that the Property Owner provide Municipal Licensing and Standards with copies of any applications and/or permit applications made on the Property by the Property Owner or any licensed building professionals.
