1. Confirmed the Order to Comply (April 18, 2024) for 325 Bogert Avenue, Folder Number 24 136249 PRS 00 IV, and in so doing granted an extension to July 31, 2025, with Items 2, 13, and 14 to be completed by January 31, 2027, to complete the work to the satisfaction of the City.

2. Requested the Owner to erect signs indicating uneven pavement, and place the signs near the entrance and exits towards the exterior grounds of the building.

3. Requested the Officer, Municipal Licensing and Standards to continue working with the Owner to ensure that the work is completed by July 31, 2025 and that the work is completed to the satisfaction of the City.
