1. Confirmed the Property Standards Order (March 5, 2024) for 4 Hill Heights Road, Folder Number: 24 120745 PRS 00 IV, and in doing so granted an extension of time to November 30, 2024.
2. Directed the Appellant to work with the Municipal Standards Officer to ensure immediate health and safety requirements are met by securing the roof of garage during this time, including hoarding and signage, by June 28, 2024.
3. Ordered the Appellant to provide to the Municipal Standards Officer an engineering certificate from a licensed Professional Engineer as to the structural stability of the roof of the garage by June 28, 2024.
4. Directed that access to the garage is fully restricted and that the garage not be used for any reason during this time.
