Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Prohibited parking at all times on the south side of Mossbank Drive, between Scarborough Golf Club Road and a point 32 metres east.

Summary
At this location currently there are no parking restrictions beyond the signed 3-hour parking limit. Cars parking at this location on the south side of Mossbank Drive create barriers for City of Toronto services to be carried out for surrounding residents. This includes waste collection, snow removal and street cleaning. Additionally, when cars park at this location they create a sight line issue for residents maneuvering in and out of their driveways to on-coming traffic and pedestrians.
The installation of the No Parking Anytime will eliminate the issues with City services and provide clear sight lines. The recommendation necessary to make this change is before you.
