Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Biscayne Boulevard, between Victoria Park Avenue and Pharmacy Avenue.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of six speed humps on Biscayne Boulevard, between Victoria Park Avenue and Pharmacy Avenue, generally as shown on Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (September 3, 2024) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
3. Subject to approval of Recommendations 1 and 2 above, reduced the speed limit from 40 kilometres per hour to 30 kilometres per hour on Biscayne Boulevard, between Victoria Park Avenue and Pharmacy Avenue in conjunction with the installation of speed humps.
