The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Designated a two-way centre left turn only lane on Howden Road, between a point 58.5 metres north of Lawrence Avenue East and Laura Secord Walk and consider the installation of a watch your speed sign on Howden Road.

Summary
Concerns have been raised to my office by residents of Howden Road about traffic safety and speeding along the road.
In response to the residents’ concerns, I request that the Scarborough Community Council consider designating a two-way center left-turn lane between a point 58.5 meters north of Lawrence Avenue East and Laura Secord Walk. This aims to enhance safety for motorists and pedestrians alike. Additionally, I request the installation of a "watch your speed" sign on Howden Road to serve as a reminder for drivers to adhere to the speed limit, further enhancing road safety in the area.
