Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Reopened Item SC6.18, titled "Waldock Street and Havenway Gate - All-Way Stop Control and Parking Amendments" with respect to Part 3 and Part 4 of the decision of the Scarborough Community Council.
2. Deleted Part 3 and Part 4 of its decision on Item SC6.18 and adopted the following:
"3. Scarborough Community Council authorize parking for a maximum period of 30 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the north side of Waldock Street, between a point 213 metres east of Galloway Road and a point 83 metres further east.
4. Scarborough Community Council prohibit stopping at all times on the north side of Waldock Street, between a point 170 metres east of Galloway Road and a point 43 metres further east."

Summary
The purpose of reopening the item is to expand the area for the parking restrictions that limits the stopping prohibition, in order to enhance vulnerable road user safety, namely children attending Eastview Public School, on the north side of Waldock Street.
