Committee Decision
The Sign Variance Committee:
1. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to the education or training of the Members.
2. Requested the Manager, City Wide Priorities, Toronto Building to provide a training and education session, to the June 7, 2024 meeting of the Sign Variance Committee, on the requirement and an explanation of the illumination considerations of signs under the By-law.

The Sign Variance Committee recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider this item as it relates to the education and training of the Members.
Summary
The Solicitor, Legal Services will provide a training and education session on Sign By-law Provisions, including the area specific restrictions under the By-law; and on aspects of the Sign Variance Committee Procedures.
