Members, I will now review the Order Paper. Once the Order Paper has been approved by Council, any change will need a two‑thirds vote.

The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM14.7 – Review of the Order Paper. 

The Mayor has designated Item EX11.8 on "RapidTO: Surface Transit Network Plan" as her first Key Matter and first item of business today. 

The Mayor has designated Item IE10.1 on " Administrative Penalty System for Red Light Camera and Automated Speed Enforcement Violations” as her second Key Matter and first item of business tomorrow. 

The Notice of Motion run through is scheduled for 2 p.m. tomorrow, only if the Mayor’s Key Matters are completed.

Council will consider Items EX11.10 on "Toronto Police Services Board response to MM11.37 - Keeping Toronto Safe from Hate" and IE10.7 on "Highway 401 Overpass Safety together".

February 6, 2024 at 10:34 a.m. - That City Council adopt the February 6, 2024 Order Paper, as amended, and all other Items not held on consent.

The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM14.7, Review of the Order Paper.

There are 35 Items left on the agenda, including 16 Member Motions. The Mayor has timed her Second Key Matter, Item IE10.1, headed " Administrative Penalty System for Red Light Camera and Automated Speed Enforcement Violations", as the first item of business this morning.

I will now take the release of holds. The Clerk will open the speakers list in CMP and you can place your name on the list if you have an item to release.
