Board Decision
The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Approved in principle CreateTO's 2024 Annual Objectives and the performance objectives for the Chief Executive Officer for 2024 as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 23, 2024) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO.
2. Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, to report back to the Board in September 2024 on updates to the Work Plan outlined in Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (February 23, 2024) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, subject to additional Council direction on the implementation of the City's housing plan.
3. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 23, 2024) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable individual, and that Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (February 23, 2024) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Board of Directors of CreateTO and/or the City.

That the Board of Directors of CreateTO amend Recommendation 1 by adding "in principle", so it reads as follows:
1. Approve in principle CreateTO's 2024 Annual Objectives and the performance objectives for the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO for 2024 as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1.
