The Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority:

1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 27, 2024) from the City Solicitor and the President, Toronto Parking Authority.

2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 27, 2024) from the City Solicitor and the President, Toronto Parking Authority remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects Toronto Parking Authority and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.

At its meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Toronto Parking Authority – Audit and Risk Management Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider Item PR5.8 and made recommendations to the Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority.
