Urgent Action on the Auto Theft Crisis
Reason for Urgency:
This motion is urgent due to the need for immediate action at all levels of government, and the need for stiffer penalties to crack down on these crimes
That in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, City Council reconsider Item MM16.48 headed "Urgent Action on the Auto Theft Crisis - by Councillor Mike Colle, seconded by Councillor Frances Nunziata."
