City Council Decision
City Council on February 6 and 7, 2024, adopted the following:
1. City Council rescind the Community Safety Zone designation in effect at all times on Driftwood Avenue, between Wilmont Road and Niska Road.
2. City Council designate a Community Safety Zone to be in effect at all times on Driftwood Avenue, between Wilmont Drive and Niska Road.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, need to be waived to permit introduction of Motion MM14.10. A two-thirds vote of Council Members present is required to waive notice.
